Background of the Study
Ethical corporate leadership is a cornerstone of effective organizational governance, influencing employee trust, morale, and overall performance. Ethical leaders prioritize transparency, fairness, and accountability, creating an environment conducive to collaboration and trust (Olowo & Yusuf, 2024). In Nigeria, leadership ethics have gained prominence as organizations seek to foster positive workplace cultures.
In Zamfara State, corporate organizations face unique challenges, including socio-economic instability and resource constraints.
